Updates

ello, i haven't made a journal post in a while so i thought i'd drop by and say hello and thanks for viewing my work. I hope everyone is enjoying the new year!

I've been trying to colour a couple of characters in Photoshop just to see how it would look. I usually draw and cell shade my characters in flash, but i thought photoshop might be a nice change. Soft shading is quite fun, but tricky sometimes. Ivy looks quite strange hehe.

I'm also planning on uploading the first chapter to my story soon if anyone is interested. I'm only on the 4th chapter but i could use some feedback and insight And as i got an easil for xmas i'm going to do a painting soon, already got it sketched up. I just need to buy some sakura pens so i can add some shiny details hehe.

After we lost all our sites when the older server went down we had to recreate them, and we thought it would be a good time for a redesign. So Firefly3D is on the mend with a slightly modified design, and will hopefully be fully functioning soon. The McKnee site is also being remade (again) with the new GlowWorm engine (which Zack has created) cause i decided i don't like the layout of this site. But don't worry the site won't be going down, it will just suddenly be shiny one day
